As part of the Europan competition, designs were solicited for the Jupiterstrasse district center. The Leipzig prizewinners, mkk Kollektiv, presented their designs in an exhibition. The exhibition was accompanied by an interactive guided tour with Julia Kurz from Stadtkuratorin Leipzig and Josephine Reuther from the Office for Housing and Urban Renewal of the City of Leipzig.

At the Utopische Tafel on Jupiterplatz, visitors were reminded of the district prior to reunification over coffee and cake. The greater form project group created a walk-in dream district of tomorrow in an urban construction workshop for children and young people. The Jupiterplatz was a great place to relax with music, ice cream and cold drinks.

greater form operates between art, activism and education. Their priorities are are the self-determined participation of children and young people in cultural life, and equal artistic collaborations between kids and adults. Since 2015, the group has realized projects in the Leipzig-Grünau housing estate, as well as exhibitions in Leipzig and the surrounding area. Since 2019, greater form has operated its own project space in Grünau. There, they conduct artistic research together with children and young people on topics that originate from the kids' lives (origins, poverty, violence, friendship, love, etc.) and are related to interests and experiences of the adults. greater form currently consists of Mirko Gust, Rami Hariri, Philipp Rödel, Lina Ruske, Silke Schetelig and Christina Weidenbach, as well as any children who want to participate.

The Utopische Tafel collective is a transcultural network of culture workers, artists and institutions that has been active since 2019. It was created as part of the project “Yes Lab – Thoughts on Current Protest Culture,” and regularly brings together participants who pursue the goal of creating a participatory space for discourse through art and cultural projects. The central theme is “Leipzig – City of the Peaceful Revolution.” One focus of the project is on cultures of protest, controversy and remembrance. The collective's actions commemorate the history of the GDR, critically reflect on it, and develop new perspectives for social coexistence and harmony. Various formats have been developed as part of the Utopische Tafel, including a deliberate invitation to a conversation that specifically addresses older generations. This invitation aims to involve older people in the dialogue and integrate their perspectives into the discourse.
